INTERIOR FURNISHING DESIGN
We understand how important your home is to you and how much it means to have a space that is calming, uplifting, comfortable and revitalizing! We bring decades of interior design experience to help you achieve a home you can’t wait to get home to!

The Discovery Call
Initial free 30 minute phone call to get the details and scope of your project and provide you with information on working with us and what we can do for you!
An In-Person Meeting
We offer a 1 hour free in person meeting, ideally in your project space. (With Covid protocols in place) This gives us an opportunity to get to know each other and discover what next steps we can offer and provide details about our fees and working together.
Step 3
Design Concept
If you decide to work with us, we’ll meet for a second time and have a more thorough discussion of the project details and logistics. This usually takes around 1-3 hours. This in-depth consultation is our chance to understand and identify your personal style, design aesthetic and what you are wanting to achieve.
Afterwards we’ll produce a full design package based entirely on your specifications, including a design concept, floorplans and room mood boards to convey the look and style, and a comprehensive budget proposal.
This complete package is the foundation on which your new home design is built. Our package pricing is dependent on the size of your project.
Step 4
Full Design Package
This full service package eliminates the stress of doing it yourself. Once we have your approval for a final budget, we will provide a detailed design concept for every space, 2D & 3D room boards along with furnishing and material selections and samples for your approval.
We also do all the heavy lifting, providing start to finish project management alongside delivery, complete installation, and final styling. We work with an expert moving team and oversee every detail for a professional and smooth installation.
Step 5
The Finishing Touches
Once the final styling is completed, we’ll arrange for high-quality photographs to be taken of your project. We’ll also provide you with a comprehensive final bill that includes a detailed furniture list. We will also provide a feedback survey to ensure you are entirely satisfied with your new home design.
TURN-KEY RENTALS
Madrona Interiors provide a complete top to bottom furnishing and accessorizing service that is custom-tailored to your property. Our top-down turnkey furnishing service covers outfitting a full kitchen, bathroom(s), and utility areas. We manage all aspects of this service, from delivery and installation through to finishing and styling, so you don’t have to.

The Design Proposal
Having reviewed the space and developed an in-depth understanding of your needs, we will create a detailed budget and furnishing proposal for approval.
Fully Managed Installation
As part of our turnkey furnishing package, we oversee and manage every step. We source all furnishings and select all décor before working hand in hand with an experienced and professional team to quickly and efficiently complete your installation.
